We repair new appliances however; if you have an appliance less than twelve months old, the manufacturer should be contacted as it may still be under warranty. More than twelve months old we will be happy to repair it.

At Belgrove Appliance a ‘Late Model’ appliance is less than 10 -15 years old. An appliance between 15 and 35 years old is considered retro and older than 35 years is considered antique, by our standards.

One of our friendly, experienced technicians visits your home or business to look at the appliance.  After the diagnosis, the problem will be explained and the cost to have it repaired will be given.  If you decide to have the job done, the diagnostic fee is waived and you pay for the repair.  If for some reason you decide not to do the job, you only pay the diagnostic fee to cover the time and expense of our visit and the diagnosis.

Note: Diagnostic fee for commercial appliance is not applied to the completed job.

Trip Charge
For customers in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens a trip charge in addition to the diagnostic fee is charged.  The diagnostic fee is waived if the customer has the job completed.

Travel fee
For customers out of State and Long Island, a travel fee rate per hour (roundtrip) is charged in addition to the diagnostic fee, regardless of whether or not the job is completed. However, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the cost of the completed job.
